Meet Cecilia →About us
Five practitioners, one shared systemic lens. We work with the whole picture: your history, your family, your work, and your culture. Online in English and Spanish, wherever you are.
Our story
Most of what shapes a life does not start with the person living it. Relationships, cultures, the histories a family carries: they move through us, mostly unseen. That is what we work with, because that is where change lasts.
The five of us came to this work from different countries, disciplines and lives, from psychotherapy to coaching to trauma work and embodied practice. Cecilia Altieri brought the team together and trained it at her institute. What connects us is a commitment to meeting you in your context, not as an isolated problem to solve.
As an international team, we have each lived through our own transitions and crossings. It keeps us close to the often unspoken dynamics that move through families, careers, and cultures.
The institute
Cecilia Altieri is the founder and director of EISEC, the European Institute for Systemic Education and Coaching, where she trains the facilitators who go on to run constellations and hold groups of their own. She trained at ISPAB in Munich, with Ursula Franke-Bryson and Thomas Bryson, and has translated Franke-Bryson's books. The grounding she brings to a session is the same grounding she teaches.
That is why the work here holds together. The sessions you book, the workshops you attend, and the protocol you might begin all come from a single method, taught in depth over years and refined in the room.
The institute wrote its own curriculum, and Cecilia develops the clinical and teaching material the training runs on. If you are here to learn the work rather than to receive it, that is where to look.
How we work
Creating lasting change begins by looking beyond the individual. Your challenges do not exist in isolation. They unfold within the broader context of your history, your family, your work, and your culture. What seems stable in life is sometimes held together by quiet compromises, inherited roles, or unspoken tensions. The real question becomes: what is the cost of that balance?
That cost is usually paid in patterns. An inherited role, a loyalty no one chose out loud, a compromise that once kept the peace. Seen inside the whole they belong to, your history, your family, your work, your culture, they stop looking like your failing and start looking like something that can move.
And it moves through the body, not only the mind. You place the people and forces of your situation in the space around you and feel where the weight actually sits. That felt shift, in posture, in breath, in the nervous system, is what makes the change hold once you leave the room.
Working client centred
The mark itself is two forms and the space between them: an outer self, an inner self, and what holds them together. It moves because you do. Every session starts from whoever is actually in front of us, not a method laid over you from outside, which is also how we chose the five people you are about to meet.
Our team
Cecilia leads the clinical work and trains the practitioners. Around her is a team trained in depth at her institute, to the same standard, each with a practice of their own. Cecilia's diary is usually full, so for most people the work starts with one of the team.
You do not have to know which of us is right for you before you come. Each page introduces one of us plainly: what we work with, and how to book.

Meet Mina →The practice
One practice, several disciplines. Systemic therapy, trauma-informed work, family constellations, and the training that carries the method on, held together by the same people.
Family constellations sit inside a wider practice: systemic therapy, trauma-informed work, and what neuroscience tells us about the nervous system. We draw on all of it, and match it to what your question needs.
The work rests on clinical training and years of practice. It is evidence-informed and trauma informed, and every practitioner trained in depth to the same standard.
Sessions, workshops and training run in English and Spanish, online across time zones.
The people who sit with clients are the ones who train the field, so the work reaches from a first session all the way to a three-year facilitator training.
