Take part
Both days with the group, standing in for the parts of other people’s systems. Nothing to prepare, and the work reaches you all the same.
In-person weekend workshop
A small group, in person in central Brussels, across a full weekend. You set up a difficulty you carry in front of you, the group stands in for the parts of your system, and you work it without hurry over two full days. Led by Cecilia Altieri and Simon Maebe, a few times a year.
In a constellation you stop turning a difficulty over in your head and set it up in front of you, in the room, where you can see it and move with it.
You name what you are working on. Other people in the group take their places as the parts of your system, and what they sense as they stand there shows the real shape of it. Two days gives the work room to breathe. There is time to arrive, time to let something surface, time to set up your own constellation without hurry, time to witness the others, and time for what shifts to settle before you carry it home.
The two days
Four steps, unhurried, over a full weekend.
Step 1 · Saturday morning
Doors open at 09:10, we begin at 09:30. Bring a question or a difficulty that is alive for you. You do not need to explain your whole history, and you do not need to know anything about the method first.
Step 2 · Across the weekend
Across the weekend you set up your own constellation and work directly with what is yours, with Cecilia and Simon beside you. Between turns you stand in for others, which is quiet, often moving work in its own right.
Step 3 · With consent throughout
The picture forms, we read what the arrangement shows, and we move only where you are ready. You can decline any role and pause your own work at any point. The pace is yours.
Step 4 · And then it settles
A small, careful change in the picture, then time to let it land in the body. Two days, and an evening between them, gives that settling somewhere to happen. What shifts in the room often keeps working in the weeks after.
Across the two days
Both days run 09:30 to 17:30, doors from 09:10. The rhythm within each day is indicative and follows the group and the work.

After the weekend
Thank you Cecilia for a fantastic constellations workshop this past weekend. By sharing your clarity, creativity, and wisdom, you created space where magic happened. You are a gifted facilitator and a wonderful woman.
After a month of what seemed to be a struggle And complete disconnection with myself, I came to a workshop. Thank you so much! I could witness and experience a genuine quality of caring from Cecilia. What we experienced during the workshop took me straight back to my heart and soul. Also there is so much more I want to convey that seem so hard with words. Also my courage and compassion towards others and myself have grown thanks to the work.
