Connecting with what is essential

I work as a systemic and family constellation facilitator. People tell me they find a calm focus and a steady presence in my room, and space held with clarity and warmth. My approach is respectful, embodied and intuitive: I want you to feel safe, seen and supported, so that together we can connect with what is essential.

Through constellation work I help individuals and professionals see their situation whole, loosen the old loyalties that hold a pattern in place, and reconnect with their strength and inner direction.

Working together

Who I help, and how

People come to me around identity and career transitions, financial dynamics, belonging across cultures, family legacies, and emotional resilience. With professionals I also work on leadership patterns, communication, team dynamics, and the inner blocks that affect how work gets done.

My way of working is spacious and attuned, and at the same time structured. I listen with care and precision, and I guide gently through complex personal or professional matters · a calm presence that invites depth without pressure. I help bring order to scattered thoughts, and I adapt my language and my method to each person and each culture in front of me.

I draw on embodied techniques, close and empathic listening, and ancestral wisdom · the sense that what moves us reaches back further than our own lives.

Background

A path that ran through other worlds first

Before this work I spent years in corporate and humanitarian leadership, leading international teams across very different cultures. That is where I learned how much of what shapes a person sits in the systems around them · their family, their work, the cultures they move between, the legacies they carry without naming.

I hold a bachelor's degree in International Relations from UNESA and a master's in Business Management from Ibmec, both in Brazil, with two years of Accounting Sciences at UFRJ before them. In Belgium I added training in collaborative leadership, mentoring and project management.

I trained in systemic and family constellations at the European Institute for Systemic Education and Coaching (EISEC) in Belgium, in a practice-based, experiential curriculum, and I have been facilitating since 2023.

What people say

Working with Mina felt natural and comforting from the start. She helped me see and understand family patterns I'd never noticed before, especially around who I am and where I belong. Her gentle questions and simple exercises gave me clear steps to feel stronger and more confident every day. Since our sessions, I've noticed I communicate better with my partner and family. Mina's kindness and practical guidance have truly changed the way I live and relate to others.

Scope and safety

The right support at the right time

Sessions support change in how you live, relate and decide. They sit alongside medical and psychological care, and they do not replace it.

If you are in crisis right now, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, please turn first to your doctor, to a crisis line where you live, or to the emergency services. If you are being treated for a psychiatric condition, or you have questions about medication, that care belongs with your prescriber, and our work can run alongside it.

If you are unsure where to start, ask us. We will tell you honestly whether this is the right support for you now.
