Three years, in order: read the system, then run it, then take it further than the family alone.
Year 1 · Semesters 1 and 2
Reading the system
You take on the systemic perspective: the body of theory, the relational stance, creating a safe space, holding yourself in the room. You start applying it straight away, spotting the systemic dynamics in your clients’ lives.

Systemic constellations is a deep discipline, grounded in systemic psychology, and far richer than its reputation suggests. We built EISEC to teach it as the whole field. A clear theoretical model, a teachable technique, trauma-informed and client-centred throughout, and a real standard you can be certified against.

What it costs, and what you earn
How long you commit for is what you pay. There is no separate discount ladder: committing to a second semester is the yearly rate, and committing to three years is the full-track rate.
One semester
- One semester of the curriculum, five modules

The full track
- Three years, six semesters, thirty modules
- The only route to the EISEC certificate

One certificate, at completion
The full three-year track earns the EISEC certificate, with the graduation package. It is the one credential in the programme, earned once, at the end.
A transcript each year
At twelve, twenty-four and thirty-six months, a transcript records the work you have completed. It catches you up: a gap surfaced in one year is closed in the next.
The foundational assessment
At the end of Semester 3, an assessment marks the point where you can first run a constellation, in the group and one to one.
Beyond the field’s minimum
The German association’s current minimum for a facilitator training is two years. This one runs three. The certificate is EISEC’s own, with no licence or protected title.

What about my time zone?
Each cohort agrees a weekly slot that works across its time zones. Tell us your preference when you join, and we build the timetable around where the group is.
How much time should I budget?
Three hours for the live class each week, a constellation week to close each module, and your own practice between sessions.
What if I miss a class?
You can pick the module up with a later cohort. Nothing is lost, and the material stays in your classroom.
Do I need special software or equipment?
A standard browser, a good pair of headphones, and a stable connection. Nothing to install.
What language is it taught in?
English. The group is international by design.
Do I need previous training?
No. A clear motivation matters more than a credential, and many students come from coaching or therapy.
Can I use it in the practice I already run?
Yes. Coaches and therapists apply it from the first year, in their own setting and their own style.
Will I be prepared to facilitate?
Yes. You begin facilitating after the foundational year, with practice and supervision throughout.
How is the work kept safe?
It is trauma-informed from the first module. Safety and the relational stance come before any technique.
How long can I access the material?
It stays in your virtual classroom, including after you finish.
How do I start?
Book a call. We get to know you, answer your questions, and see whether the training is a good fit.
When do cohorts start?
The next intake forms by vote. Tell us the day and time that suit you, and we open the group the most people are ready for first.
Can I take a single year or semester?
Yes, a select number of places. They teach the full content but do not certify.
What do I get when I finish?
The EISEC certificate, a yearly transcript of your work, and a place in the alumni network.
