Facilitator training

Become a facilitator people feel safe with

Learn systemic constellations as a complete method, from reading a system to running a full constellation, live and online, in a small group over three years.

Family constellations, taught as one method.

The Al-Ma Model draws the theory, the technique, the stance and the path into one integrated framework, developed over three years, each part building on the last and yours to make your own.

One method, four ways in. Coaching, therapeutic, or spiritual setting, and yours to make your own.

Curriculum

The three years

Three years, in order: read the system, then run it, then take it further than the family alone.

Year 1 · Semesters 1 and 2

Reading the system

You take on the systemic perspective: the body of theory, the relational stance, creating a safe space, holding yourself in the room. You start applying it straight away, spotting the systemic dynamics in your clients’ lives.

Ten modules

Semester 1 Foundational Safety and Stance
  • Creating a Safe Space
  • Exploring the Field
  • Working Trauma-Informed
  • The Therapeutic Stance
  • The Genogram
Semester 2 Foundational Reading the System
  • Survival
  • Belonging
  • Structure
  • Balance
  • Individuation

Year 2 · Semesters 3 and 4

Doing the work

You learn the technique, interview to intervention, until you can run a full constellation. Practice begins, and supervision opens.

Ten modules

Semester 3 Foundational The Craft of Constellating
  • Opening the Field
  • The Interview
  • Transforming the Field
  • The Individual Setting
  • The Group Setting
Semester 4 Advanced Core Themes
  • Rituals
  • Death, Mourning and Grief
  • Illness and Health
  • Money and Success
  • Love and Couples

Year 3 · Semesters 5 and 6

Mastering

More tools, and the range to work in any system. The individual setting and inner work, then structural constellations. Supervision throughout.

Ten modules

Semester 5 Advanced Inner Work
  • In the Mind’s Eye
  • Inner Parts I
  • Inner Parts II
  • Healing the Timeline
  • Individual Practice
Semester 6 Advanced Beyond the Family
  • Structural Constellations

European Institute for Systemic Education & Coaching

Built to teach the whole field

Systemic constellations is a deep discipline, grounded in systemic psychology, and far richer than its reputation suggests. We built EISEC to teach it as the whole field. A clear theoretical model, a teachable technique, trauma-informed and client-centred throughout, and a real standard you can be certified against.

What it costs, and what you earn

How long you commit for is what you pay. There is no separate discount ladder: committing to a second semester is the yearly rate, and committing to three years is the full-track rate.

One semester

  • One semester of the curriculum, five modules
  • Built for professionals taking a slice as CPD, and for alumni returning to specialise
  • Above the first semester this buys the content, not progress toward the certificate
Book a call

One year

  • Two semesters, taken as one commitment
  • The full content of the year, taught with the cohort
  • Certification still needs the full track
Book a call

The full track

  • Three years, six semesters, thirty modules
  • The only route to the EISEC certificate
  • A transcript at twelve, twenty-four and thirty-six months
  • Supervision from the second year, and a place in the alumni network

The next cohort

A cohort forms around the people in it

We do not sell against a date someone else chose. The next group is forming now, and the start is built around the people who commit to it.

Now forming · take your place

The group starts when 8 people have taken a place. Joining now helps it form.

Questions, answered

What about my time zone?
Each cohort agrees a weekly slot that works across its time zones. Tell us your preference when you join, and we build the timetable around where the group is.
How much time should I budget?
Three hours for the live class each week, a constellation week to close each module, and your own practice between sessions.
What if I miss a class?
You can pick the module up with a later cohort. Nothing is lost, and the material stays in your classroom.
Do I need special software or equipment?
A standard browser, a good pair of headphones, and a stable connection. Nothing to install.
What language is it taught in?
English. The group is international by design.
